Becky Osowski serves as Zimmer’s Acting U.S. Healthcare Compliance Officer as well as Deputy Compliance Officer, Reconstructive. As Acting U.S. Healthcare Compliance Officer, she has senior management responsibilities for the monitoring and reporting obligations under the Company’s Corporate Integrity Agreement (CIA) with the Office of Inspector General of the Department of Health and Human Services. As Deputy Compliance Officer, Ms. Osowski is responsible for monitoring Zimmer’s Corporate Compliance Program for the Company’s Reconstructive division. |
Ms. Osowski joined Zimmer in 2007 and has over 12 years of compliance experience. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Accounting from DavenportUniversity, Grand Rapids, MI, and is also a Certified Internal Auditor and Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist.
